It is incredible to me how fast these four years have passed. H is ever the little boy- asking 'why' about everything and frequently querying us with regards to more complex topics every day. I strive to answer his questions, delight in his curiosity and embrace his childhood-- I now realize how quickly it goes.

Happy Birthday Big H-
I am so proud of you. You are the first of four and quite wonderful as you are.
Your Mom and Dad were sorry to miss your school party as I was to miss your Sunday celebration. But when you think about it you are quite lucky to have so many chances and opportunities to party.
I think 4 years of Henry has been fabulous and I know the next four will be wonderful as well. If I had to answer why I would say it's part of the mystery of life and growing up. Your having fun and these pictures show that in detail.
